Cut it into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Bring water to a boil and add the pieces of yacon. Cook for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Blend the flesh. Add the butter in pieces to the warm yacon so it melts. Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Sift the flour and mix it with baking soda, sugar, salt, chocolate chips, and almond powder.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, add the eggs, then the yacon pur\u00e9e and melted butter.<\/li>\n<li>Mix again<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm (8-inch) baking pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
