Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 2 pads of Opuntia ficus-indica
- 1 avocado
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste
Steps:
- To remove the spines from the pads, stick them with a fork to hold them, and using a sharp knife, scrape the surface until there are no more spines. Do the same on the other side, then trim the edges of the pads with the knife. Rinse with water.
- Cut the mango, cactus, and avocado into cubes.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Mix everything together, add the lime juice, and season to taste.
