To be enjoyed without moderation in your favorite hamburger.
Ingrédient:
- 3–4 Opuntia Ficus Indica pads
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 big pinch of coriander leaves
- 1 big pinch of salt
Étapes:
- Remove the glochids from the pads by scraping them off with a knife.
- Cut the pads into 1 cm strips.
- Place them in a pot with the halved onion, salt, whole garlic, and coriander.
- Cover with water and cook for 15–20 minutes, until they have the texture of cooked beans or when the green color becomes lighter.
